Tie-back sheer pointelle knit dress

I loved the look of this when I first saw it online, but was unsure of how it would look on me. For reference I am 5’6”; ~140 lb, typically 6 or 8 in dresses, short torso, long legs, 36 DD with slight curves. I purchased the small. You can’t tell me anything when I have this dress on! That is just how great it fits. It isn’t too tight and it has enough give that it accentuates your curves. The quality, design and length are perfect. I’m very happy with this purchase and recommend you snag it if you can.

At 5’3”, I figured this would end up being a return, but I was so intrigued I took a chance. This is an absolutely gorgeous dress. This is a very cool swim cover up, but I’m planning to order a navy slip and wear this out for date nights/dinner etc. J. Crew really hit it out of the park on this one. I think this runs a little large or it’s forgiving- I ordered a small- 5’3”, 147lbs. Usually a 6 sometimes an 8 in some pants but the small was perfect. Love!

This is fabulous and thank goodness it is pictured over swim as this is not a traditional “dress” but a beautiful swim piece to elevate your look. It’s chic and love the navy. Don’t think twice about this if you’ll be spending time in a swimsuit this year.
