Tie-waist cotton voile midi dress in deck stripe

Colors are like beach decor colors. This dress should not fit tight , if you go between two sizes order up so it can 'hang' and not cling. Under slip has snap at top inside outer dress and adjustable straps, both are same material, slip is white. It is more sheer than I normally wear, but I like the cool fabric for hot gulf area. I'm going to order in another color.

This dress has nice, breathable fabric for summer, and it looked nice enough on the hanger in the store for me to overlook the weird tie at the waist (?). It looked hideous on. Maybe if you were in your 20's this could work, but it looked like grandma's nightgown.
