Curvy high-rise toothpick jean in Hartley wash

These have a ridiculously high rise, much higher than described on their webpage. In fact, the crotch hangs a good 3-4" below my anatomical crotch. At the same time, they are way too short. Even if I roll them into capris, the dramatically low-slung crotch just botches the whole silhouette. Not worth even the clearance price. If you happen to have a very, very long torso, but really short legs, then these jeans are for you! JCrew has seriously gone downhill in quality these past couple years. No more.

I bought these on sale, I was going to dye them for a costume BUT loved them so much that I will not be using these jeans for that purpose. They are so flattering. I've worn them several times already. I'm 5'2, 128lbs with a mom tummy and 27 is perfect .

Bought these on a whim. I’m 5’4 and very curvy. They were a little long but fit me everywhere else just perfect. Love the high waist. Great quality. Love the wash. Perfect fall jeans.
