High-rise full-length flare jean in Medium Indigo wash

I purchased the High-rise Full Length Flare Jean in Medium Indigo based on the excellent reviews and product description. The jeans I received were a lovely, versatile color. The 29 fit in the waist and thigh as anticipated. Sadly, the inseam was barely hitting 30", well shy of the 31.5" in the product description. Were these mis-marked Petit? At 5'9" they were not full length. I am disappointed about the quality control. However, customer service quickly processed the return.

I am 5'8.5", weigh 163lbs, have a very long torso and carry most of my weight in my midsection and hips. I like my jeans fitted from my waist to my thighs and have been wearing skinnies for almost 20 years. I took a size 28R in these, which is my typical jean size, and I find the fit very true to size and flattering. They have a tiny bit of stretch, which helps with the fit, but the fabric is structured enough to keep things looking trim around my belly and waist. Come to think of it, they remind me of jeans I wore in high school during the 90s. I'd love to have these in a darker wash too!

Love this jean. Not overly thick which is always a plus in my book. Perfect length for me at 5'9. The flare is just right. Can wear these with loafers, flats , but not a very high heel. If you are shorter you can. Well made. I always go up a size for high waisted due to my waist, or lack there of. Great fit.
