9" high-rise toothpick eco jean in Ocean Blue wash

I purchased this jean in my normal size 30, because Tall was not offered. I was excited about them because I had just purchased another 30T JCrew 9" high rise toothpick that came in the mail and fit perfectly. This one however ends mid calf on me, when it is supposed to hit closer to my ankle. The washes are also said to be different, Ocean Blue versus Blue Nile, but there is no recognizable difference if you set the two next to each other. One fits me in all the correct places, and the other does not. The tag on the pair that fits says Made in China, while the pair that does not fit says Vietnam. Perhaps one factory works to different measurements? Anyway best of luck out there.

5 months postpartum. Took a chance on these jeans and they fit perfectly!!! I was so happy. Wish you had other colors I would buy them all!

These are super comfy and a really flattering fit. I’m 5’4” 123lbs and the 26 fits like a glove. Another bonus since I’m petite, they actually hit at my ankles so I don’t have to get them hemmed.

I purchased a pair of these jeans last fall & they have been my go to jeans since then. Love them so much that I decided I'd better buy another pair in case they discontinue this style and fabric. These jeans are true to size and as soft as any jeans I've ever owned. They are extremely comfortable with the right amount of stretch and look great un-cuffed or rolled up. Love that they retain their shape.

I had to write my own review to echo previous reviews that touted these as the perfect jeans. The fit is great and TTS (I'm a 4 or 27 in J.Crew bottoms and the 27 fits perfectly), and the length is perfect with no extra fabric bunching at the ankles (I'm 5' 6"). I know some reviewers prefer the 8" rise toothpick (which I also own) but I think I actually prefer the 9" rise on these- it gives a higher waisted effect without feeling super high, so they're great for slightly cropped tops or for tucking the front of a shirt into. 100% recommend!

Love the color of these jeans- definitely a true blue jean. The material has less stretch than many of the other J. Crew styles, so don't expect much give. I find that J. Crew runs small in butt/thigh area, and these are no exception. I'm 5'5" and 124 lbs-- size 26 is tighter than I prefer. But, overall, they look great so I am keeping.
