Good quality jeans that really flatter.
February 3, 2023I have bought several J. Crew straight jeans that fit amazingly well. Because I am only 5'2", I should try petite sizing BUT I usually get the classic sizing because I prefer my jeans to be longer. I have found the "Vintage" jeans to be consistent in sizing and these jeans are also consistent to the size 27 I am used to purchasing from J Crew. They flatter the length of my legs even though I am on the short side. The waist also fits nicely.

January 9, 2023Ordered my usual size in these and Whoa! They were so big. I could have sized down probably two sizes. Got on sale, so can’t return. BUT, they are still amazing quality.

Not for a curvy figure
September 25, 2022For reference I used to buy J Crew Matchstick jeans all the time and was hoping these would an updated version, but no. They seemed like good quality but the size chart is off by a lot and they're not a good fit for a curvy figure. For reference, I'm 29" in the waist and 39" in the hip. The size 28 that I was recommended (and used to buy at J Crew) fit okay around the hips but was at least 2 inches too big in the waist if not more.

Disappointed in the cut of these jeans
September 20, 2022I'm 5'6", 123 pounds with a smaller than average bone structure, so my hips might be narrower than a typical Sz 29.) These jeans are quite large on me at the lower hip which makes them look like work pants. These jeans won't be going to the party. I have Crew jeans in the vintage style in the same size and they fit me perfectly.
