Matchstick jean in Stockdale wash

I love these matchstick jeans. I have purchased 4 pair of matchstick the past year and they all fit a bit different. These don't have as high of a rise as the dark classic rinse, and they seem a bit shorter. What I love is the denim, it isn't so stretchy as so many of the recent washes; more like a classic denim. I would agree with the other reviewer, regular size pockets please. Glad I got these.

I have a pair of matchstick jeans that I absolutely love from a few years ago. Not too big, not too small, perfect. I wanted a lighter color, so I bought the Stockdale wash. They fit fine, but the front pockets are literally an inch and a half deep. These are jeans. They should have pockets. Pockets that you can actually use. I will be returning these.

These jeans do not fit as well as the hazel wash or the white matchstick. They run smaller. I find the hazel wash matchstick is also a thicker denim. I bought the same size 27 as the other 2 pairs I have and these give serious muffin top. Sending back wish the hazel wash was not sold out. Too bad that is a great fitting jean.
