Tie-waist straight-leg pant in pinstripe brushed Italian wool

I'm 5'4, 127, 34-27-34. I bought a size 6, a tad big in the hips, but I was afraid to go down a size lest they cut me length-wise; plus, I cycle and these fit my thighs. They are EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE, although the pleats are probably not the best choice for me. That said, I'm keeping them; they work well with the jacket, which hides the pleats, and they feel like pajamas on me (as I said, VERY COMFORTABLE).

I can't remember the last time I've commented on so many items. I wasn't sure what to expect, as I stated previously I usually wait and see because I'm short and petite. But these exceeded my expectations, they look great. I tried these with a J Crew heavy grey chunky rib-knit cashmere half-zip sweater I purchased last year. My daughters use the phrase "hot to death", to describe fashion that looks mind-blowing. The pant and sweater combo in my opinion are all that and more. I'm excited about these pieces, my fall and winter wardrobe will be amazing this year, I can dress down on Fridays be comfortable and still look Sharp.

I did not have high hopes, but I was mildly intrigued when I saw these, so I decided to give them a go. Well, they knocked my socks off. These are amazing! Lined, perfect drape, comfortable elastic waist with a drawstring for adjusting, great color, and they look surprisingly chic. I was thinking they'd look dumpy, or cheap, or too...something. But no. They're absolutely amazing. I have since bought the gray, the navy/brown check, and am contemplating a black pair. I plan to live in these for work this winter. They look great with loafers, sneaks, Birks, you name it. I'm tempted to purchase a back up pair while they're on sale, lest anything happen to the originals. Run, don't walk, and nab these while they're on sale! I'm 5'4", 28 waist, 27 inseam, 34 hip and took a size 2--perfect fit.
