Pull-on crop pant in velvet dot

I bought these to go with the matching jacket. Consider ordering down a size, because these are somewhat roomy elastic waist pants. Not baggy, though. They will also look good with a nice sweater for a more relaxed look.

It’s like they made these for someone with no butt. It’s just straight flat fabric with no stretch, but somehow they made the waistband stretch. I’m frustrated because I bought the matching top which fits perfect, but now I can not return or exchange the tiny bottoms! That’s a lot of money wasted!
