So Comfy!
January 27, 2022Sized down a size so that they would not stretch out during wear. So comfortable, soft, and the color(s) are awesome. True to color. I have worn these more than anything else in my wardrobe this fall/winter. Machine washed on gentle (cold water) and air-dried. No issues with shrinkage.

Bad Customer Service
January 15, 2022The item came with a detached tag and Jcrew refused to stand behind their product and return it. The customer service person kept repeating, like a machine, is there anything else you want me to assist you with, when she did not show slightest attempt to solve the issue. I WAS buying from Jcrew minimum once a week. I WONT anymore.
