Classic-fit shirt in blush flannel plaid

Personally, I really like this flannel. It’s flannel so warmer/thicker but not heavy. My only issue is the arms are VERY short. Look closely at model. I tried the larger size and it was no different. I wish this had come in a Tall version.

I bought this in dried violet, final sale/no reviews. The stripes are in various shades of what I can only describe as faded dried blood, instead of more flattering colors. The stripes are blurry, dull red-brown, and especially over light neon yellow/tan it just doesn't look like anything else to me. It's certainly not pink/purple. Also! Somehow there were SO MANY loose threads all over, attached and not, and paired with the overall look I just can't be bothered to spend 15 minutes clipping them all off and lint rolling. The sleeve near the cuff is also slightly puffed unlike the classic-fit cut in poplin (but who knows, maybe it's changed recently). The fabric is a nice med-thick weight (which does not suit the wide cuffs) but it is by no means soft and there were already pills on it out of the bag. To JCrew's credit, at least this time the tag matched the 100% cotton online description.
