Classic-fit shirt in Liberty® Ros floral

I recently purchased this shirt on a great sale, and I must say; I love it! Even though it's long sleeve, I have been able to wear it with the sleeves rolled up to elbow length because the fabric is so light and airy. The pattern is adorable, as is all liberty styles, in my opinion. I'd say the fit is slightly large, but this adds to the comfort of this shirt. The pattern is much cuter in person than in the photo. I can definitely see wearing this into the fall with a jacket!

Reading other reviewers I got a size smaller, but I was wrong. It runs true to size. Ordered size 8 and it fits like 8. The fabric is very pretty, very lightweight. It is not fitted (good to hide that postpartum belly). I really love this shirt, but wish I got size bigger as I wanted.

AARGH! I have worn Liberty blouses for years and size 6 has always been a good fit for me (34 B/C depending on bra style). This blouse is really large and frumpy looking. As I purchased it on sale, I can't return it. It is a size too large. I purchased 2 of these blouses and can't wear them-at least not in public. What has happened to J Crew's sizing? This is has been more common this year. I purchased several knit tops and they also were running large. I tried shrinking all of them in the dryer, but it didn't help much. After washing and drying these 2 blouses the bust is 41" and the length is 27".

This summery floral shirt is very pretty and feminine, it does run big though. There is a little too much fabric at the sides but had I sized down there would be a bit of a gap at the buttons. I really like it so I’m willing to have it tailored for a more slim fit. Otherwise love this sweet floral print shirt !
