Classic-fit short puff-sleeve shirt in stripe

purchased the blue and white stripe in a size 6, my normal blouse size, and it fits wonderfully. (130 lbs, 5'5, 36B) The size is just the right amount of loose pre-wash given 100% cotton composition and likely shrinkage. Love the puff sleeves, love the button up, love everything about it. If you prefer your blouses tighter, you probably could go with one size down, but I am glad that I did not. I prefer comfort + style and will be tucking this in anyway.

Not bad at all. Nice detail in the elastic puff sleeves so it is not too tight. Perfect for return to the office wear.

Lots of compliments on Zoom calls - downside? JCrew's sizing is sooooo hard to anticipate! I ordered this in a size 2 thinking it might run large, it is still huge on me - not so much that I can't wear it and it works on Zoom but in a way that makes no sense. On the other hand, you can tie the bottoms at the waist and that works as a cute silhouette too. I'm going to order another in size 0 - I'm normally a size 4 in blouses for perspective - because I'm craving the color of soft yellow right now.

This shirt looks lovely on the website, but it's a miss IRL. First, it is very sheer, I can't wear it to work. While the sleeves are cute, the body is boxy and unflattering. Runs large. The fabric feels nice and soft and I like the lemon-y yellow. Sadly going back.
