Cannot beat Liberty and JCrew!
July 3, 2024You cannot imagine how this cropped blouse with Liberty fabric adds elegance to everything from jean skirts to a dressier khaki skirt. It's cool, comfortable, and easy to wear. I wore mine with cropped wide legged jeans and got more than a few compliments..

Weird collar and awkward fit, but beautiful print
June 11, 2024I love the vibrant Liberty print, but I’m not a huge fan of the Gamine cut. The fit is cropped and boxy. I’m only 5’2,” so I can wear it without showing too much skin. I have several of the slim fit shirts in various Liberty prints from JCrew, and I prefer that style. I bought this for the color. Also, the collar doesn’t sit nicely under a blazer. The main reason that I deducted a star was that the seams are serged (overlocked) as opposed to flat felled or French seams; I expect a certain level of quality from JCrew, and the seams feel rough and look cheap. I really do love the fabric, so I would give it five stars, if it were available in a better constructed shirt.
