SHODDY low quality product- not J Crew quality!
October 2, 2024Awful top that shrunk in the wash - faulty fabric! It came with loose threads to begin with - and then after washing it in cold water and air drying it for the first time, I wore it to notice that it has shrunk! Even though this was clearly faulty and I reported it 2 weeks after it was delivered, your customer service agent Ruth did not want to return it and would rather pass on the feedback to quality control. J Crew items have been deteriorating in quality and their customer service even more so.

Great Fashionable Blouse
July 30, 2024I was pleasantly surprised at the detail on this easy to wear blouse. There are small pleated at the cuffs and at the shoulder. It’s subtle and really adds to the look. The pattern is pretty and the fabric is light enough to wear in warm weather. Highly recommend.
