What customers are saying:
Many customers really enjoyed the versatile style and comfortable feel of this top, highlighting its attractive paisley print and retro vibe that easily transitions from casual to dressier looks. Several customers recommended taking a closer look at the fabric quality, noting that it feels much thinner and more like reimagined silk (polyester) than traditional silk. The design's bold cut and unique details were appreciated overall, with customers enjoying its lightweight nature and chic style. In short, this piece offers a stylish and adaptable option, though a quick check of fabric expectations might be worthwhile for those seeking a more substantial silk feel.

shawl collar opening is low-cut!
February 15, 2022I have a number of JCrew silk popovers, and love that they're machine-washable and comfortable. The paisley pattern and color of this one is really pretty, I love it! But the shawl collar cut is new for me, and I'm not a huge fan. It's quite low and open in the front, so I'll wear it with a cute contrast bralette or camisole, as it's going to show. Or wear this with a v-neck sweater because this dips too low for office wear. It's final sale -- if it wasn't, I'd probably return it. Next time I'll stick with buttoned openings so that I can adjust to my liking.

Blah
January 7, 2022Its tissue paper thin and I wish it had buttons all the way down to open and close in the front. I do like the splashes of soft pink in the shirt that I didnt notice from the pics but otherwise, I'm not too fond but will wear with blue jeans.

pretty parttern
January 5, 2022the paisley is pretty. The silk is thin. The neck cut is low and bottom is tight. I had to alter it to split bottom and add a hook at the V neck. Now it looks a very decent piece.

It’s a darker colour
January 4, 2022I was surprised to see the shirt I ordered looked darker compared to a shirt on a model. That blouse colour looks better on a tan skin and on brunettes I guess. But V neck blouse design is nice and fabric is good.

Fabric feels like cheap polyester not silk.
November 13, 2021You would never guess that this is silk. It’s reimagined silk which translates into polyester. If you want it to look like the model in the main picture, you need to size up 1 or 2 sizes. It looks a bit matronly in person.

Too short, too wide and yet too narrow
November 11, 2021I don’t know how else to describe this blouse other than too wide at the waist and bust while way too narrow at the hips. I measured the blouse I received and it’s only 24 inches long not 26 as listed. It’s way too short and does not fit like on the model. It’s also way too low cut. It’s not work appropriate at all. It seems cheaply made - very thin and doesn’t feel that nice for silk. Also, why no buttons on the placket, but there’s awful pockets on the bust with buttons? The design is just off in every way, which is unfortunate because the pattern is pretty.
