Relaxed-fit Thomas Mason® for J.Crew shirt in stripe

Gosh I love this shirt! I am so appreciative to the reviewers who took the time to write reviews and advise that the shirt runs large. I always wear an 8 slim and 6 regular in the JC blouses. I followed their advice and ordered this in size 4 and it is perfect in every way. It’s an updated shirt with slight raglan sleeves in the shoulders. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Appreciate the review and sizing advice? Please write a review too on your purchases with your height & weight too. It really helps.

I normally wear a 12 in Thomas Mason regular fit but ordered a 10 so I wasn’t stuck with a huge shirt. It actually looks cute but it’s cut a bit wide. That said, one size down looks nice but is definitely still slightly big aka loose! I will use this for layering as pictured. I’m really not sure simply sizing down will give you a normal fitting shirt- the cut is meant to be loose. So for a somewhat loose fit, size down one size or be daring and try 2 sizes down. The material is gorgeous in person as is workmanship.

The shirt and trousers were a great combination for our family brunch and dinner. My husband loved the look and especially the color and style of the shirt. The pant was somewhat tight but surprisingly loosened with wear throughout the day. I felt really classic overall. My husband wants you to make this shirt for men as well!
