Ruffle-sleeve top in stripe

I bought this top in black over the summer and loved it so much I decided to purchase the striped blue. This top has a clean look and the blue is beautiful. I went with a small instead of my usual medium based on the reviews. And I’m glad did. Love it!

this blouse is super cute and reflects the jcrew brand perfectly. however, it does run large, in fact, i'm finding that many items i've been ordering lately are running large. i've worn jcrew for years and know my size as well as always read reviews, but something is amiss regarding the sizing. i purchased an xs, but really need the xxs. since i tend to order a lot of final sale items, it really is a bummer! i wish final sale items could be exchanged for a different size but no refunds. it may end up at the consignment shop. :(
