Smocked organic cotton halter top in Liberty® Jacqueline's Blossom fabric

This is a cropped top and nowhere in the description does it say it. It was a final sale when I bought it now I’m stuck it’s cropped the material is very light and I doesn’t hold shape when on. Would not recommend
