Smocked popover top in snowy Stewart tartan

I love this blouse, but should have gotten the large as true fit suggested. Anyways I love this blouse. I’m curvy up top and bottom. Anyway, it is very pretty in person, very feminine and elegant, it is big on me unfortunately so I’m gonna order a large but will have this XL if I get pregnant so this all works out good. The plaid is very beautiful and for 100% cotton it is very soft also stretchy. The neck is smocked and doesn’t choke my neck. The s collar at the sleeves is very pretty. This will look great with my red pants and brown boots and my navy blazer or cardigan or coat. Can wear this all year around. You can dress this up and down. I just love it! It is not boxy if you get the right size.

Comfortable and fun! We are allowed to wear jeans to work every day and this is a top you can dress up or down so it is a win-win! Looking forward to wearing it this holiday season.

Love the fabric content as well as the colors in this top. So glad Jcrew continues to use 100% cotton for many of their items. The details at the sleeves are really pretty. The fit of this top seems off in a couple ways. I am consistently a small in Jcrew tops which is what I ordered in this. First, the neck seems tight. Second, the hip area is snug. It is cut very straight so if you are smaller on bottom than top, this would probably be a great fit. It would look really nice with black pants. Unfortunately, it's going back due to the odd fit.
