November 8, 2022Pretty pink top. I thought it was going to be tee shirt fabric but it is shirting fabric with pretty eyelet trim. It will go with skirts or jeans.

October 28, 2022How do you keep your bra from showing? Maybe get a big skirt with petty coats for square dancing to wear with this to. Stiff cotton was wrong for this style. Will be donated or maybe a craft project. Cute girl scarecrow.

Poor Quality
October 26, 2022I just received this blouse today (10/26). I ordered a medium and the size was huge. The blouse was very wide in the arms and the torso. Also, I feel that the quality did not live up to J. Crews’ quality standards. I am unable to return this item because I bought it on sale and I guess I didn’t realize that it was not returnable. Oh well, Live and Learn.

What I was hoping for...
October 23, 2022I was looking for a top to wear in hot weather that was dressier than a t-shirt and a little more feminine than a button-down shirt. I like 100 % cotton, not too tight-fitting and long-sleeves to keep the sun off my arms. The V-neck top with eyelet trim checked all the boxes. I was concerned the eyelet trim section would be too low cut and I'd have to wear something underneath, but it works O.K. (would've been better if the designer had thought this through and either put fabric behind the eyelet or made the eyelet a tighter weave). I bought the blue and it's a really pretty color. The puff of the sleeve at the shoulder is a little bigger than I like, but the bracelet length sleeve I like very much. I don't understand the negative comment about the length of the shirt. I'm 5'5" and the length of the medium is perfect. I was hesitant to buy this top based on some on the negative reviews here, but overall, I'm glad I did.
