Slouchy boyfriend short in Cruise wash

I wish is bit more distress n boyfriendish. I’m 5’6 114 pound and size 24 fits perfectly. Would like a 25/26 so it will drop a bit on the waist but those sizes were soldout. The material is soft n comfy thou.

As soon as I washed these shorts the hem rolled up and unraveled in places. They are now unwearable without ironing and constant trimming. They were final sale, and so I took a risk, but the construction is poor quality and not what I have come to expect from JCrew.

I’ve been trying to find Jean shorts that don’t assault my lady bits. Y’all know what I’m talking about. And boy these are the best! They hit right at my belly button they don’t ride up. And they are a pinch stiff but soften pretty quickly. They are short enough to be “hot” but not so short this 35 year old mom of 3 feels uncomfortable. They are also not tight in the thighs. I’m a 5’6 145lbs and kinda athletic build. I usually wear size 6 occasionally size 8 and occasionally size 4. I’m a “smedium”. Sometimes size small sometimes medium. I got size 27 they fit great! I can breath, I can sit very comfortably. I even mowed the lawn in them. I will not sacrifice fashion for comfort. Comfort first. Finally found a pair of jorts that meet my #1 requirement- comfort
