Sleeveless belted sheath dress in leopard

This is a gorgeous dress and so classy looking. It fits true to size, like all of J Crew sheath dresses. The fabric has some stretch to it, but it isn’t clingy at all. It looks beautiful and tailored. I am so happy with my purchase! For reference, I am 5’5”, 135lbs and I ordered size 4.

The dress is well made. I loved that it was lined. The fabric is perfect for the tropical climate. This was my first time orderimg from JCrew so I was not sure about the sizing and because the dress has a defined waistline (always a problem for me) I ordered two sizes (10 and 10P). The 10 was fine in the waistline but a little big overall. I usually wear an 8 depending on style and brand and will go up a size if ordering a petite. The 10P fit perfect especially in the waistline area. Very slimming. I am still trying to decide whether I should have it shortened a little. For reference I am 5'2", 145lbs.

I can usually wear a 4 or 6 and the 6 in this fits me with a little room. I like the material as it is not clingy and with the belted waist it should look very flattering on most body shapes.
