March 17, 2022This cardigan is fantastic. It isn’t too boxy, it’s made from super soft cashmere and the pockets are nicely placed. I bought it on sale which makes it even more amazing. True to size. I ordered the gray. Beautiful. Wished I had also ordered this item in the camel but happy to have at least one of this style. Highly recommend.

Too wide, bad fit
February 13, 2022Everything I have purchased from JCrew within the last year fits at least 1-2 sizes larger than prior years and this sweater is no exception. (I’ve actually compared the button down shirts in my closet, this year’s 00s are larger than the 2s from several years ago—but I digress.) It is as if I had purchased a medium sweater, not an XXS. Think potato sack, but cashmere. No wonder it’s final sale.

Soft cashmere in a modern cut
February 10, 2022I'm very pleased with this lovely cardigan! The softness is on point, and who doesn't love a pocket. The cut is quite boxy and maybe not the most flattering (?), but I think that's just inherent to this style. Great for layering.

Great cardigan, but it runs crazy large and ...
February 1, 2022shipping was a mess. The sweater is awesome, my wife loves it! She's been wearing a version of this sweater for a decade and can't go back to anything else. However, the latest iteration runs crazy large. She previously wore a small but had to re-order an XS after the small was too large. Event the XS is a bit baggy in the torso, but not too bad. Also, as stated, shipping was a mess. I had 2 orders canceled due to no inventory. I called right after the cancellation to have customer service say they had stock and would send me a replacement. When the XS replacement arrived, they had forgotten to take of the security tag off the sweater so I had to drive 70 miles each way to the nearest store to get them to take it off (it took them literally 30 seconds). Customer service was extremely helpful at every step along the way and refunded a bunch of the original charge, but it was way more hassle than it should have been. So, solid recommendation for the sweater.
