stunning cardigan
September 10, 2023I was hesitant reading the negative reviews - I am so glad I bought this sweater. If you get easily cold wearing a shell or blouse during holiday parties, this sweater is a stunning alternative. Heavy - yes because it is 100% cotton. Scratchy - yes but not to the point that I can't wear it. I tried on with a very thin fitting t-shirt and it does eliminate the scratching. Do not size down if you plan on wearing a long sleeve underneath - the arm sleeves are definitely on the narrow site. I am 5.4 - 128 pounds - bought the size small. The sweater is stunning - cute for a night out and wearable throughout the holiday season.

SWEATER IS NOT WEARABLE
September 9, 2023This sweater is so scratchy to the point that is not wearable. I tried with a long sleeve shirt but still felt the pricking. It is very uncomfortable J. Crew should have an option to let customers exchange the sale items.

Very scratchy!
September 9, 2023This is a lovely looking sweater jacket and wearable in so many ways: with jeans, dresses, anything! It’s extremely scratchy though, I don’t know if a light long sleeve top underneath will help, but I’ll try it! This is very pretty and I plan to keep it and try to make it work but, someone slept on the scratch factor in quality control lol. It also runs a little big, I could definitely wear a medium. I’m 5.3” and 170lbs.
