Cable-knit balloon sleeve sweater

I’m 5’0” 115lbs & ordered XXS, normally an XS. I normally take a 21” sleeve & this fits nicely. The body of the sweater is slightly oversized. The front falls at about the hip & the back falls slightly longer although when I hold it up it doesn’t appear to be designed that way. I actually really like the sweater but it’s already pilling quite a bit & I haven’t even worn it yet. Invest in a sweater shaver for this one!

As someone in the reviews mentioned, this sweater runs big. I sized two sizes down and it fit perfectly. The color was a little muted for my liking. Overall a good purchase.

I wanted to pull together a dressy-casual look for some holiday parties this year and found this sweater on sale in a size large. The chunky, interesting knit provides a definite upscale look to a classic wardrobe staple. Although generally I wear size small J.Crew tops, it fit perfectly as an oversize/boyfriend look and paired beautifully with slim black pants and ankle boots. It'll look equally great with either slim or baggy jeans. Combined with the price, I give this item full marks—excellent J.Crew quality and an unbeatable value. No one does a sale better than J.Crew, but you're lucky if you find the items you like still available once the price is cut, because my experience has been that the best stuff sells fast!

Looks good with higher-waisted jeans. Not warm at all. My workplace is overly hot, so I can wear it to work, but I wouldn't wear it anywhere else in winter. I didn't order down as others suggested, and I'm glad I didn't; the fit is just right.
