Cashmere ribbed tunic

I bought this sweater in Heather Stone, which is a nice neutral color. This sweater is 100% cashmere, and it's really soft and comfortable to wear. (It's only a liiiitle bit itchy, but that's expected of any natural fibers, even cashmere. For anyone with nonsensitive/tough skin, this won't be an issue.) This sweater is a tunic, so even with my long torso, the length still hits the top of my hips. However, it runs large - my usual size is L, and I sized down to M, but I feel like I could wear S! It's not fitted anywhere, and the sleeves are bell sleeves, so unfortunately I feel like a shapeless sack of potatoes wearing this. I think this sweater would be fantastic if the sleeves were fitted to contrast against the loose body, or a tighter body combined with the bell sleeves, or even a cropped length instead of a tunic. If you buy the correct size, I'm sure it'll look nice. Unfortunately I bought this on final sale so I can't even exchange it. :(

I'm 5'2" and 123 lbs and this XS sweater has a relaxed fit on me which I love. Definitely need to size down. Even though the material is cashmere, it feels more like merino wool. I wish J. Crew would find countries other than China to make their sweaters.

I made the mistake of ordering my normal size medium based on the reviews that it was slightly large. The body is true to size for a not fitted sweater but the arms are GIGANTIC. literally big enough to fit my not thin thighs through. I cannot imagine how this has such great reviews. It looks absurd. Or course purchased final sale so can’t return. Now I understand why this 100% cashmere sweater was priced so low.

The material is extremely soft and stretchy. I loved the color, it looks exactly as shown in the picture. I would definitely recommend going down two sizes. I bought it in S and ended up with an XXS.

This was a surprise! Some of the cashmere this year hasn’t been nice and thick and soft like previous years. The sleeves are wrist sleeves and I like the slight bell. The green is one of my favorite colors, not only for Spring, but for winter as well. I ordered a Large which is my normal size. I’m 5’10” and a size 14, with hips and thighs. This hit me at a good length, several inches below my waist-not cropped (thank goodness!).

Amazing quality cashmere!! Buttery soft and not see-through thin! Beautifully soft color and great tts sizing!! Please snatch one!!
