Great quality and looks

January 1, 2024First: I’m 56, and have been a loyal J Crew customer since 1980’s hoarding of my allowance, filling out the order form from your catalog (Google that youngsters) and mailing it with a check (!) for a coveted sweater. I’m one of the people you built your brand on. Anyway… I bought this sweater in Heather Muslin. Wore it once: it pilled like crazy, and it stretched. It looks and feels cheap. Every year you get numerous reviews from folks like me bemoaning the continuing deterioration in the quality of your product. Clearly you don’t care. Now I don’t either.
