Rating & Reviews
Fits true to size based on
20 customer reviewsWhat customers are saying:
Customers generally love this sweater for its classic striped look, soft feel, and easy-to-wear weight, saying it works well for spring and cool evenings. Fit feedback is mostly positive overall, with several customers describing it as true to size, slightly boxy, or a bit loose in the expected way, and a few suggesting sizing up if they want a less cropped look. The main recurring concern is durability after washing: many customers recommend extra care because the sweater can pill, shed fuzz, and let the navy color bleed onto the white stripes. Overall, it’s seen as a cute, comfortable staple with great style, but wash performance is the big thing to watch.

Pills Like Crazy!
October 22, 2021Super cute sweater but washing is a nightmare. Pills horribly and left blue fuzzballs all over everything that was washed with it.

Stripes are too thick
July 14, 2021I love stripes, and probably own 100 stripped J.Crew items, and will continue to buy anything J.Crew sells that is stripped, but the width of the stripes on this are too thick to make this "cute". It's more Freddy Krueger. And it's really bulky. A sweater shouldn't make you look and feel like the Michelin Man. I would send it back but it was final sale.

DO NOT BUY THIS SWEATER!!!!
July 13, 2021I wore this sweater a handful of times before washing, as one does with a sweater. AFTER ONE WASH THE BLUE BLED ALL OVER THE WHITE! I washed according to the instructions. Cold and by itself. I reached out to J.Crew and they would offer no help because I had purchased it over 30 days ago. It is clear that J.Crew quality is going down and the company no longer stands behind their products.
