Very poor fabric choice
September 23, 2020I made the mistake of buying 3 colors of this b/c I typically love j.crew heavy gauge cotton sweaters. I even have some that have lasted over 10 years. The fabric gauge and knit thread is all wrong. The knit thread is a really loose open weave so you can barely wear this sweater once without snagging it on yourself and pulling threads. There are also several worn spots throughout the thread even new out of the bag. I should have inspected them more carefully. Surprised this made it into production.

Your new favorite sweater
August 20, 2020I really love this sweater. I ordered the chartreuse color. The sweater is soft and has some weight to it. This is the type of sweater you want to hang out in. If you are looking for a slim fitting sweater, this is not it. Sizing down will not make the sweater slimmer but shorter.

Great sturdy knit sweater to wear all year long
August 5, 2020Great fuschia color sweater which I can wear all year because it is a heavier knit sweater. I am 4' 9 inches and weigh 94 pounds and I ordered a size small. I could have worn an extra small but I prefer a looser fit on sweaters to hide my 'wobbly bits' .
