Poor quality and odd fit
June 4, 2019More often than not, I'm 100% satisfied with J Crew, but this shirt really missed the mark. The fit is odd...very narrow across the shoulders then boxy around the stomach. I first bought a XS, but it was too tight in the shoulders so I exchanged for a S, which was far too big. I only marked True to Size because I had to pick something. The quality of the fabric was TERRIBLE. It looked and felt cheap.

May 25, 2019... but the fit was off for me. i love the idea of a short-sleeve cotton tippi, and i also love that the design is intarsia (rather than printed on). i tried a couple of sizes and just could not get it to fit. some reviewers have commented that it runs small -- for me, that was true only in the arms, which were very tight. the rest of the sweater was fitted but acceptable. the next size up was way too large everywhere except the arms. i would definitely try this one again if the sizing issues were worked out!
