Spring Street cashmere relaxed pullover sweater

This sweater is amazing- light yet substantial. Feels very luxe and unique

I monitored this sweater's fluctuating price closely - and bought it just in the nick of time. It is very soft and warm. Took it on a trip to eastern Europe during an unusual cold spell (for that time of year) and it kept me comfy. The only drawbacks are the super wide sleeves (hard to get into a coat) and the navy blue (that I got) tends to attract lint so you have to roller it more than you'd think you'd need for a sweater. The knit is chunky and its oversized, but refined and I like the button detail on the sleeves. Definitely a beautiful sweater!

Beautiful sweater. Very soft. The sleeves are intentionally wide and the torso IS a boxy generous cut but the sweater is not long (in fact it measures shorter than the online description says). I typically am a small or medium in tops depending on cut, style, brand and how I want to wear it. I got this in navy in small. I could have gone with XS for girth but I worry length would have then been an issue. The small provides a nice draping loose fit but is not ridiculously oversized. I would prefer it be just a touch longer but am happy with the sweater as is. I use it to grab and pull on over other shirts, etc and expect to use it regularly in the colder months. It is exceptionally comfortable and luxurious to the touch. Might get the ivory as well but I already have some lovely ivory cashmere sweaters so we’ll wait and see if it goes on sale for a great deal while my size is in stock. For reference, I am 5’9”, 145 lbs, lean athletic build with broader shoulders than hips, 34D chest and a long torso. Hope that helps.

I'm giving this sweater two stars for the softness and the cashmere quality, however, I really dislike the structure of it. It's a huge, boxy sack with giant dangling shapeless sleeves. Size down at least one size if you want a somewhat presentable look. I unfortunately can't return it (final sale), so I suppose it's now a "house sweater".

I was expecting utter luxury from this but it just looked really bad on me. I'm a regular cashmere purchaser from J. Crew and was disappointed in this sweater.

Bought this on a whim, and glad I did. It's a beautifully made sweater.
