Botanical sweatshirt with floral patches

I have never loved a JCrew product so much and hated the fact that they totally dropped the ball on this one due to sizing. The colors are beautiful and the added jewel embellishments give it that JCrew look we have all come to love! But alas, the sizing is way way off. I am usually a 6/8 and very confident ordering a medium in anything JCrew. This shirt must have been cut for a medium in their children's crewcuts it was so off. I tried to return it to the store but they were sold out in all sizes. I took it back and thought I could wear a with button down under it to give it length but it was so awkward looking I had to finally accept it wouldn't work and was not meant to be. I was so disappointed, I loved it so much I even paid full price. Please JCrew, stick to your correct sizing, it's one of the reasons you are my favorite online retailer

When ordering this sweatshirt, I decided to size up based on the majority of reviews. However, when it arrived I realized the sweatshirt is way too big. I should have ordered my normal size. I'm giving the sweatshirt 5 stars based on its quality and style, but I have to send it back...

The photos may not do justice to the beautiful coloration and design of the lovely botanical print on the front. Likewise, the jeweled patches add a fun, more dressy appearance to what is, after all, a sweatshirt. I wore it to a family gathering for a wedding weekend and received many compliments. The texture of the shirt is soft and comfortable on the inside as well.

Love this sweatshirt. I usually wear a small but ordered a medium because I read the other reviews. My suggestion is go two sizes up as mine is a little too short still. It deserves more stars based on style but the fit is off.

Order one size up. Beading is lovely. Wish JC would embellish tops with more of these lovely beads.
