Minimal Rear and Top Coverage
August 25, 2018Just to echo some of the others, minimal bottom coverage and no top padding so if you get cold, nips will show. This one got returned.

Not full coverage, but I still love it
August 2, 2018So I will start with it is NOT a full coverage bottom. Not even close. You need to be prepared to show a little booty with this suit. Unless you have no rear at all. That being said, I still really like it. The cut is super flattering. The back is wide open and cut a little low, which makes it a little sexy but not overly so. I really like the way the overlay looks, although I'm not sure how well it will hold up over time. We will see. I'm 5'7" 140 and got a medium and it fits true to size.

Love J. Crew Swimsuits, But Not This One
July 19, 2018Of all the suits I purchased this season from J. Crew , this is the only one that went back and immediately! I took my usual size which is 0 in J. Crew swimwear. The suit was TTS. There was decent rear end coverage and the torso was not too short. However, there were no pads. I have a feminine anatomy where the nipples are prominent and stick straight out. Therefore when I put this on in the blush pink I looked more naked than if I were wearing nothing at all. Although lined, the laser cut top layer is very thin and stretchy and seems if it caught on an errant fingernail it would pull apart destroying the design. I believe the two light colors work best on a dark complected gal--the darker the skin tone the better--because of the nude colored visible lining. I selected another suit, which I love, in exchange.

First time to purchase a one piece
July 16, 2018Took a chance on purchasing a one piece for the first time. It's made well, fits great and I got tons of compliments..even from the 25 year old crowd ((I'm 52). Loved the fit etc..I'm going to order more in different colors. My first one was Navy blue with blush underneath! Thrilled with my purchase for hanging out at poolside..!
