Knot-front one-piece in zinnia floral

I hate that this isn’t going to work for me. This swimsuit is so so beautiful: the overall shape, the colors, the floral print. But the cutouts are just not going to work unless you are a very very specific body type. I am thin and flat chested and for some reason on this particular style that is causing the lining and padding of the cup to pop out the top no matter what I do. I have a half dozen other J.Crew suits and this has never happened. The upper cutout area looks fine on me, but if you have any loose skin in your mid section, this suit is quite literally highlighting it. I have some saggy skin going on in the middle, particularly above my belly button (4 kids and middle age will do that). Even if I wasn’t self-conscious about that, my waist line is too small to fill out the fabric and so it sags open a little like a kangaroo pouch. If you don’t have these (or other) problematic issues then this suit my be a dream in you. Sadly for me there is no way it is going to work.

This swimsuit is gorgeous. Quality is excellent. Unfortunately it runs EXTREMELY small in the chest area. If you are bigger than a B cup I wouldn’t recommend this suit. I am a 32 D and even with sizing up my chest was spilling out of this suit. I’m so disappointed because I love the suit so much. But if you are small chested, definitely buy this.

This fit me all wrong. sat kind of low on the chest area so no support for the girls at all. Disappointed because it looks well made and had some wiring for a flattering look but the chest didn’t do it for me.

Unless one is VERY slim, the cut outs accentuate areas that one would not want accentuated. Returning it. Also I did not realize that J. Crew charged for mailing back orders which will cause me to drastically reduce shopping with them now as the nearest store is not that close and I hate driving.
