Lots of fabric at waist
November 11, 2024This bottom has a lot of fabric at the waist line. I’m not sure what do with it? But the pattern is so worth it. Besides, I got it on sale for a great price!

Too much coverage...
June 7, 2023I bought this bathing suit bottom because I am skinny but I have 2 kids and therefore, I have the mom pouch. I thought this would cover everything and be flattering. Well, I was right about the first part. It covers - too much. It's so awkward looking. It honestly just is a disaster in design. I am bumming I bought this and the top and wasted so much money on a Final Sale item that cannot be returned. I am a loyal JCrew customer and this rarely happens. When it does, it stinks. Waste of money. Not cute.

April 28, 2023Loved the print and wanted the high waist to work. High waisted jeans look great on me but this was too high and too much fabric for me. Returned.

Tropical Delight in Blue
April 7, 2023I LOVE this fun print, done in a vibrant beautiful blue! It is as pretty in person as it looks online. I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, wondering if this ruched version would be flattering. And, on me, it works great! It feels really comfortable, has plenty of coverage yet it’s just a bit more “modern”and stylish than the regular ruched. I also bought the regular solid ruched bottoms in sail blue (a perfect match to the blue floral), along with the blue floral French bikini top..this mix and match will give me some great options on an upcoming Caribbean cruise.

Ruched JCrew Swim Lover
April 4, 2023I exclusively wear JCrew ruched swim bottoms. Love. I was SO excited to see this print/pattern. It's beautiful in person. But the bottoms have more material, higher rise, and cheekier bottom. I was wishing they were just like the plain bottoms. Back they go.

Diaper anyone?
April 1, 2023Just no. Not flattering. With the adjustable strings, I thought these would be great but the rise is too high and somehow the waistband still digs in, causing an unattractive muffin top on me. They also don't hold in my stomach at all like the ruched high rise bottoms do. I had high hopes but these were a disappointment.
