Twist-front tank top in cotton-blend bouclé

So based on first review saying it runs large.. I went down to a small from my regular medium .. it fits snug 38C but straps and underarm fit better .. The fabric is odd feeling scratchy and texture is rough

I am super shocked that I am the first and only review on here for this tank. It has been consistently sold out in all the smaller sizes. I snagged an xsmall when there was a return/restock and it is big! So big the armholes are gaping on me. For reference, I am a consistent xs in j crew tank tops. No wonder all the smaller sizes are out of stock. Wish someone would have left a review!
