Received clearly returned boots
June 1, 2023The non-returnable boots I received were clearly returned from someone else. Not packaged as normal and debris all over the soles. Expect more from JCrew. Fortunately, their customer service is great and I was able to resolve with them. As a side note if you’re purchasing, they are huge. Second pair of shoes that I’ve purchased where I could size down 2 sizes. It’s like they’re selling men’s shoes.

January 13, 2023I love these boots and wear them all the time! The chunky sole is stylish, easy to walk on, and gives me some extra height. I’m on the shorter side and sometimes find that boots of this shaft height are tricky to get right and can cut me off weirdly, but that’s not the case air these. Very happy with this purchase, thanks JC!

Perfect Fit
January 8, 2023Finally found the perfect Chelsea boot! I’m usually between a 7.5/8 and in this case, the 7.5 fit perfectly, I’d say size down a half size. They’re nice leather, comfortable right off the bat and have the perfect amount of height to them. Highly recommend!
