Ripped suede
January 28, 2021I have a pair of suede booties and after the very first time I wore them the fabric ripped up on both heels. I take good care of my clothing & shoes and have never had this issue before. I love J. Crew and am a loyal customer, however their suede is not worth it. 0/10.

January 6, 2021You can see from the photo that I stretch my foot straight and still can get the left boot on only 1 out of 3 tries. Definitely I would not have a gut to take the chance of wearing these to somewhere that I have to take them off and put them on because the left one may not go on at all. The right one is perfectly fine. Maybe I got a defective boot. The suede there looks faded so another buyer must have had the same problem with this left boot. My ankles are too narrow so they look a little funny on me but the boots themselves are very cute. Right size in length and width. I recommend them only if you can try them in store first.

December 28, 2020Very soft and easy to put on and take them off. I did ordered a half size up only because they looked pointing and I hate to feel uncomfortable with anything I wear specifically with shoes. However, they feel right! If you are a true size order your size but I am sometimes 8 1/2 and 9 depending on the shoes with JCrew. 9 was the right fit for me!
