Sadie boots in snake-embossed leather

These boots are stunning, exactly what I hoped for. Other reviewers mention the ankle being stiff on this boot, but doesn’t seem to be a big issue in my opinion. The leather is a tiny bit stiff at first, but they are otherwise super comfortable and are already l breaking in quickly. Love these to elevate a denim look, and I even wore them yesterday with a dress. Super happy with them!

This snake print is one of the most beautiful prints J. Crew does, in my opinion. (PLEASE RE-ISSUE THE TALL KNEE-HIGH BOOT IN THIS PRINT!!!) However, that’s the only positive thing I can say for this boot. As other reviewers have stated, the ankle is way too stiff & tight. Felt impossible to wear and (sadly) were returned. Otherwise well made and fit TTS.

I love these boots! I got so many compliments on them. One of the other reviewers noted that they were stiff when first put on, I had the same experience and found that the ankle was not flexible at all at first. After walking in them for a few hours, they became less stiff and easier to move in. I feel like these will break in nicely. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Im a believer that a well made boot will be comfortable from the time you put it on. This boot is not that. I have shoes and boots any JC and was so disappointed that this boot was so uncomfortable. You could not even bend at the ankle when walking. It was so stiff...just a poorly made boot. Don't bother making the purchase.

These are beautiful boots but the leather is so stiff and unforgiving that I was afraid that they would not break-in. They felt like metal against my calves. Sadly I had to return them.
