Sophia kitten heel slingbacks with transparent panels

I keep finding outfits that look great with these shoes. They are comfortable too. Glad I sized up to a 6.

I love the shoes however after I wore them a little while I had to put bandaids on my toes. I originally went a half size larger, but I felt there was to much room in the heel so I got my normal size 8 and it fit so I kept them. I brought them to the shoemaker today to try plan A, to fix these shoes without getting my toes torn up if that doesn’t work, then I will go to back to the shoemaker to try plan B. Plan C is to wear them in colder weather with pantyhose! You get the picture!

I loved the look of this shoe. It’s stylish with the transparent panels and denim fabric. I was saddened as most of Jcrew shoes fits well and are comfortable, but not this one. It’s narrow and a bit short. If you have a very narrow foot, this is your shoe.

I am a solid 7 in every shoe, including all my j crew shoes. I ordered a 7 in these and they were so tight I had to exchange them for a 7h and those were still too tight so I returned for an 8 and they were perfect. Now that the size is right, I really do love them. They are unique and I received compliments. Just size up.

Got these on major sale, not sure if I would have paid the full price for them. I was concerned if the plastic would make them look cheap, but it doesn't take away from the esthetic at all. I was also concerned about breathability but there are some tiny little air pockets for this reason. They seem extremely well made, perfect heel height. I took off a star for comfort only because I can't attest to anything more than a few steps in front of the mirror! I am a 9.5 in sneakers, have some Jcrew flats in 9, but fit perfectly in the 10 of these. As the toe is super pointed, and the plastic doesn't stretch, the 10 gave me a more comfortable fit in the toe. I'd size half up and def snag if these are on sale!
