Love, love, love, but….
April 15, 2024I love any shoe with patent leather and for a basic penny loafer to be in patent leather is a major plus. My only issue is I bought a size 10 because traditionally patent leather shoes tend to fit tighter and so I sized up from my usual size 9 1/2, but the fit is too loose. Unfortunately, the shoe cannot be returned or exchanged due to being final sale.

January 19, 2024Took reviews on board and ordered a 9H over my regular 9. they are slightly too big for me which is disappointing. Shoes are stylish with a stiff leather so will take a few wears to break-in.

Stiff, narrow and falling apart after 10mins used
January 3, 2024Beautiful shoes but very stiff and narrow. I got this as a Christmas present and I wore them for 10 minutes and the stitching on the top part started to come apart. Where is the quality of J.Crew!? This is very disappointing. No quality control. There is not trusting this company anymore. These is not an inexpensive product, what are we paying for? Evidently not quality.
