These flip flops get a lot of love for their cute, minimalist look, easy comfort, and lightweight feel, and several customers said they held up well with regular wear. Fit feedback was mixed, with some saying they were true to size while others suggested sizing down a bit or noted the toe area felt narrow. A few customers mentioned the sole feels pretty floppy and could use more support or structure for easier walking. Overall, they seem like a stylish, low-maintenance pick that works especially well for casual everyday wear, beach days, or pool time.

So disappointed, but great return service
September 20, 2020These flip flops look great BUT the toe area is SO narrow that my toes hang off the side. I have found this true in several flip flops I've ordered (and returned) on line, even from brand names I've bought in stores, which fit fine. Maybe a way of cutting costs, but just doesn't work. So sorry. But the site was super easy to deal with re: returns. Kudos for that.

Too Floppy
August 20, 2020I was so excited for these flip-flops but the moment I put them on, my heart sank. There is no substance to these flip-flops. They are big and floppy and don’t stay on your feet. The $5 pair I bought from a bodega in Hawaii are better constructed! So disappointed.

What Happened to the OLD FLIP FLOPS?
July 16, 2020I am so disappointed in these shoes! I was hoping that J. Crew would find a suitable replacement for my summer go-to flip flops, but these are horrible!!! not only are they ugly, they slip when you walk in them and worse if wet... What happened to the old ones that you had for like 30 years? I have lived in them for decades, and now can't find them anywhere.... Such a shame, the old flip flops were the best quality, no water slippage on the beds, colors perfect, and mens and womens were the same shoe. I love J. Crew, but trying to replace them was a mistake, and with the new designers at J. Crew, I'm not surprised that they going bankrupt. Just throw out the best stuff that worked for years and built the brand, and substitute them for subpar "vegan" shoes....
