Converse® Chuck Taylor All Star '70 sneakers in zebra

These are men's and they haven't provided the proper conversion chart. I need a Women's 10.5 narrow. I went with the size 11, but it was a men's 11 which translates to a Women's 13, very wide. I'm reordering the size 9, hopefully with a orthotics I'll make them narrower,

Maybe I was just unlucky, but I had to return these because they were a Men's size 6 1/2. I would like to know if that is a thing, but the person "helping" me, via email, with my return did not address that issue. I totally wanted these, but after receiving the TOTALLY wrong size... again, that may have been my fault, I know that sometimes Converse are in men's sizes. I may try again, but I would probably call, and get someone to help me make sure I am getting the correct size.
