Customers really liked the quality, substantial denim, and the unique Corn Fields wash. The fit seems to run a bit snug through the hips and waist for many, so customers often suggested ordering up, though a few found they could size down depending on their shape. The denim has very little stretch and feels more like a classic rigid jean, which gives it that broken-in, vintage vibe. Overall, these are well-made, stylish curvy jeans that a lot of customers felt were worth trying.

My new favorite
January 9, 2021I really like these jeans, it reminds me of jeans of the olden days of the 80s/90s. The material is stiffer without stretch so you don’t need to worry about getting the baggy butt look that happens with some stretchy jeans. For me the length is perfect, I’m 5’5”. I would almost say this runs a tad big since I’m in between an 8 and a 10, I got the 8 and it fits great. But I don’t think it runs large enough to go down a full size.

Color washes away
December 19, 2020I read the reviews and sized up, they fit great. I loved the unique corn fields color. Unfortunately after washing one time (inside out) the unique coloring faded away and they now just look like regular slightly faded jeans.

Stiff denim but order typical size.
November 13, 2020After reading these reviews, I chose to go up a size to sz 29 though I'm typically a 28 in J Crew jeans. These are marketed as "curvy jeans" which insinuates a significant difference between waist and hips. These jeans fit through the legs but were huge through the belly/waist (hips 42", waist 29"). The button could have been moved 3" inches. Does curvy just mean plus-sized? The thick denim gave me a false "mom pooch" that I haven't been lucky enough to earn. Disappointed by the lack of waist cinching especially because plain toothpick jeans seem to do a better job. I'd return them if they weren't final sale. Great ankle length for 5'7 with relatively shorter legs. Beautiful material just frustrated by the dreaded waist gap in jeans claiming to be for curves.
