Point Sur wide-leg crop eco jean with front tab pocket in riverbed blue wash

These jeans were my ease into a high waisted fit. I am 5’ and was nervous about high waist and wide leg- these jeans did not disappoint! I love them!!!

I was slightly unsure about these wide leg ankle length jeans but once I tried them on I thought they were really flattering. The waistband has a nice flap pocket detail just underneath...the colour of the denim was a perfect blue, not too light or too dark, and the wide trousers give it a more dressed up feel, & a much fresher look...it makes skinny & fitted jeans a bit “over” now. How comfortable the denim is too! Great with trainers & for a more dressed up look a nice pair of heels make the legs look longer.

I was drawn to these jean crops for the style beautiful trying them on wow rear and front views perfect. After wearing these jeans for a few hours they began to bag out fast and by the end of the day falling off. I purchased my usual size 24 the smallest size available at the store. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be able to wear these jeans as they do not hold the shape.

For reference, I'm 5'4". I don't ever order petite sizes in pants because I am on the borderline and I always prefer to err on the side of a little long than too short. However, I really wanted the cropped look, and have the hem fall on me where they do in the picture, otherwise they would just look like bell bottoms, which I didn't want. When I looked at the inseam I realized I would need to go ahead and order petite to get that look. Sure enough, they fall just where they do in the picture, possibly even slightly longer, so I'm really glad I did go with the petite. The denim is super soft and these are as comfortable as pj's, even though they do fit nice and slim like the pictures in the waist and hip area. I ordered my usual J. Crew waist size and they were perfect. They look super cute with a slim fit tank top and sandals or flip flops for summer, but they would look cute paired with a dressier top and a wedge heel if you want to spruce them up a bit.

Comfortable, on-trend, can be dressed up or dressed down. I get compliments every time I wear them!
