Long-sleeve knit midi dress

It has been a while since I've tried on something that immediately made me start laughing because it looked so bad. This simply did not work for my body type, and I'm not sure why it has so many good reviews. J.Crew is my go-to for the majority of my wardrobe and my normal size is a S or 0 or 2. My hips looked enormous and because the material is so clingy, it drastically compressed around my calves and ankles making me look enormous (no thanks). This would look good on someone very slender and straight, but if you have curves, be warned, it is not for you. Wish the material was thicker and carried more shape. Sadly it was final sale and I can't return it.

I was hoping this would be comfortable and cute and easy to wear at a lower price point than the cashmere dress. I also liked the soft pink. Unfortunately this is way too clingy and just doesn’t hang well on my body. And the pink is too washed out for me. Excellent quality, but doesn’t wear right for me.

I am in love with dress. Quality material, it’s comfortable and fits perfectly. It can be dressed up or down.

This long sleeve dress exceeded my expectations. Not only does it look amazing on but it can be worn for multiple occasions. I purchased it in 2 colors and received many compliments. The length is just right (i’m 5’3” ) and it hits mid calf. Super sexy on with heels or athletic shoes. I hope that this dress stays forever on the site.

Very slimming and can be worn for years. I bought the navy and pink at an unbeatable price. It maybe earlier versions but my navy dress does not have the orange lining at the neck. I bought the XL which is usually my size but I find it a bit loose at the back of the waist and under the arms maybe because I have narrow shoulders and slim arms. All of my weight is below the waist. For reference I am pear-shaped. I was not sure if I would exchange the pink for a large since navy is no longer available in large and given the current situation I will save J Crew the return shipping and alter it myself. Great buy.

Love the dress, bough in all colors. This should tell you all.
