Demi-fine 14k gold-plated malachite earrings

It is a beautiful pair of earrings - the size and the design are perfect. They are neither too big, nor too small and can elevate an everyday outfit to a special look. However, the pair of earrings that I received was very different from the earrings pictured. On the photo, the earrings have a beautiful marbling effect that malachite (the green stone in the center) is known for. However, the pair that I received has no discernible markings and is more milky green color that gives earrings a very plasticky feel. I am disappointed that no more care has been put into selecting the materials for these earrings as they could have been truly gorgeous.

I was super excited for this earrings and got a ton of compliments the first day I wore them, but after one wear noticed the finish was starting to tarnish. Had higher hopes for the quality.

Jcrew does not say how big they are, even no pictures on a model but I took my chances. They are in perfect size, 1.5 inch long, 0.5 inch wide, super duper adorable, also not too heavy, neither too light, the most satisfying purchase! Two malachite stones are so beautiful! Just love them!

I love these earrings. I am a huge fan of the demi -fine line (I don't wear costume jewelry) and it is some of the highest quality sterling silver jewelry for its price point. Other retailers do sell this sort of demi-fine jewelry but none for such a great price. These earrings are no except. The malachite is beautiful and the earrings are very well made. They are big enough to make a statement but are not heavy. I would recommend these and all the demi-fine pieces.

These earrings are beautiful! I was afraid they would be too large and heavy. The picture online makes them appear big but they are actually very light weight and smaller than I expected. I plan to wear them with a black suit.
