Cloud fleece funnelneck sweatshirt

I guess all the people who gave good reviews have not washed it. I loved it, it's soft and I bought it in the beautiful coral color, it went well with my blush perfect rain jacket. I washed it in cold and in a delicate cycle and after one single wash it has piled all over. Not worth it. I guess I can "shave" it, but even on sale, not worth it if it's going to be destroyed after a few washes. I bought a medium because I was warned it runs large, I typically wear a size 10 or a large/petite large if available because I have narrow shoulders.

I bought this on final sale after eyeing it for a long time and ughhh disappointment. I didn't realize it has sloppy pockets on the side seam, just above the hip, that kinda flop around inside (they aren't tacked down). Awful, dumpy-looking extra fabric where NOBODY needs extra fabric! Knowing I couldn't return it, I took my scissors and just cut the pockets off. I used my sewing machine to close up the seams and made it a bit more body-hugging and now it's super cute for yoga. I do love the fabric. Someone else said it's like a thicker, soft t-shirt, not sweatshirt material. That's pretty accurate. I was pretty angry there is no mention of the pockets in the details and you can't see them on the model photos, so had to write the review to warn others. Pretty sneaky, J Crew. And not in a good way.

Please read other 2 star reviews. Positive -- the shirt is very soft. However -- I agree that the fabric is poor -- it is thin, see-through and too stretchy for what is advertised as a sweatshirt. The coral color is ok, but very orange-y compared to the picture online. After one wash (on cold, gentle) there is considerable pilling, especially at cuffs. I am normally a size XS in J Crew and bought this in a S for extra room. The top is still tight across the hips, and although the pockets are comfy, they are not useful and add bulk in a very thin top. I can't believe this is an $80 sweatshirt -- reminds me of something that you could get at a big box store. Would return if I could but purchased final sale.

I got the pink color and it is super cute. (not as bright of a pink as I was expecting but still a wonderful spring color) Also, I love the collar.

This is by far my favorite sweatshirt. Truly, it is the softest, most plush, luxe sweatshirt/sweater ever. I wish they had it in other colors. I received this sweatshirt on a very hot day. After trying it on for fit, I never took it off because it was so soft. The fit is comfortable but not overly boxy. I have a D sized bust and I fit in my normal size perfectly. This will probably fit more relaxed for a normal busted woman. If I could give this six stars I would, it is that great!! Bonus points for having pockets.

I bought the Cloud Fleece hoodies as the Cloud Fleece line is SO cozy, comfortable, and comforting! But after 1-2 washes, the hoodies looked ratty. If J.Crew could tweak the Cloud Fleece material so that it looks fresh after washes, that would be wonderful.
