Near Perfect!
February 18, 2025These are near-perfect jeans for anyone looking for a great, basic straight leg. The wash and weight reminds me of my favorite 90s era jeans, but the high-rise fit makes them feel updated. I'm 50, 142 pounds, and 5'6" and bought both size 28 and 29s (managed to snag them on sale). Both fit, especially since my weight tends to fluctuate by a few pounds, but the 29s are the comfiest and just a tad slouchy. They hit just at my ankle and I'm looking forward to wearing them with loafers and trainers in the spring.
